Welcome to Afino! We are excited to have you on board. If you’re new to Afino, we are a team culture platform designed to help keep remote and hybrid teams engaged and connected. This document will outline how to get started with Afino and use the platform to help improve your team’s success, no matter where you are working.

Afino has three primary functions that allow you to keep your team more connected and productive; engage, monitor, and analyze. 

The “Engage” tab features different events, games, and activities you can do with your team. Ranging from things that you can do in real-time to things that you can do on the side, there’s something for everyone and every team. 

The “Monitor” tab allows you to use our pre-built pulse surveys to gauge the “health” of your team, no matter where you are working. Afino will measure six different metrics that are important to a “healthy” and productive team. 

The “Analyze” tab summarizes data collected through event feedback and surveys to give you insights on potential problem areas and provide customized suggestions on how you can improve your team’s dynamic.
